Complex Impedance Analyser

It's a device used to measure the complex impedance (resistance + capacitive reactance) of live cells which put on the specific place called an array Station in the machine. 

The machine can analyse Capacitive reactance, Resistance and Impedance with respect distinct the frequency and time. These 8 well Array are contained of gold electrode which in size 200 micrometers. 

         




Dominant Parts of the Machine:

1. Data acquiring and processing unit

This is the heart of machine. The required data will be produced to the PC by this unit with respect to the acquired data from array station.
  
2. PC with analysing software

Acquired data should be processed to get useful information through a Software. Their should be a dedicated PC to run this software, but most of them run on the windows platform. 


3. Array Station

True cells are placed on the array station, and then it was kept in the incubator. The impedance can be measured for period of time according to the user expectation. 



4. Incubator

It can be a general purpose CO2 tissue culture incubator.
